Neptune Heights:
Neptune Heights is a small development that is located just South of Neptune Beach, at the East end of Germaine Road, off Sucia Drive. The original plat was developed in 1970 and consisted of 84 lots of various size, ranging from just under 4,000 sq ft to a little over 11,000 sq ft. Over time, many of the lots have been consolidated or “merged” into larger lots, however most of the division has not been built on, or developed. Water is supplied by Sandy Point Improvement Company (SPIC) and many homes are still on septic systems. Natural Gas is not in the area, but propane is readily available.
